Travel/rest-day redesign (resolved): Every stop now gets a dedicated travel day (drive → check-in → rest only) followed by one or more full tour days, sized to what each place offers — no sightseeing on driving days, no driving on tour days. High-altitude legs remain removed (Himachal, Nainital, Lachung/Nathula, Tawang/Sela Pass). The total is now 144 days (20 Nov 2027 – 11 Apr 2028). Alleppey houseboats: Confirm 3 boats for 18 people, or explore two larger houseboat options. Seating (resolved): A 7-seater Diesel XUV700 and a 7-seater CNG Ertiga join the 5-seater Seltos — 19 seats for 18 travellers, with the two toddlers on fitted child seats/laps in the Seltos. Final allocation: Seltos — Vivek, Anubhuti, Priyanka, Anvika, Samiksha, Ankit. XUV700 — Abhishek, SM Keshav, K Sinha, Ujjwal, Sweta, Preeti, Yash Raj. Ertiga — Rahul, A N Lalan, Putul Devi, LB Kesari, Renu Devi. MP routing: Ujjain/Omkareshwar sits between Gujarat and Maharashtra for better geographic flow. Confirm this is acceptable, or request reverting to the original sequence.

Pace redesign (resolved): 22 stops in ~30 days doesn't leave room for a full travel-day + full tour-day at every stop, so most halts use a single combined 🚗🧭 Travel+Tour day (drive in, light evening sightseeing) — only the five headline stops (Varanasi, Udaipur, Jaisalmer, Manali, Amritsar) and the two pure transit halts (Kota, Sonipat) keep the stricter one-purpose-per-day rhythm. The total is 30 days (20 Nov – 19 Dec 2027). Kashmir & Uttarakhand extension: Both were named as states to cover but don't fit inside the 1-month cap. Decide whether to bolt on a Haridwar/Rishikesh detour and/or a Srinagar/Gulmarg loop (Kashmir optional) as a separate extension after Plan B, or leave them out entirely. Seating (same as Plan A): Same 18 travellers, same three cars — confirm the existing Seltos/XUV700/Ertiga allocation still applies for this shorter trip.
